GRAND ANSE, GRENADA, WEST INDIES –– Carnival time in Grenada is a spectacular event of vibrant colors, dance, music and cuisine.  It is a celebration of the diverse ethnicities that comprise the beautiful island steeped in rich tradition and ritual. Grenada Carnival is celebrated by the natives, expats and the country’s neighbors in the Caribbean and South America.  Many celebrants join in the festivities that include a colorful parade of costumes.
