Support Needed for Hurricane Beryl Relief Efforts in Grenada.

EMBASSY OF GRENADA

Dear Nationals and Friends of Grenada, Carriacou and Petite Martinique

In the wake of the devastating Hurricane Beryl, the Embassy of Grenada in Washington, D.C. is calling upon the strength and solidarity of our community. We are sharing the needs list and wire transfer instructions for those who wish to send relief supplies and or make financial donations to the Natural Disaster Fund for Grenada.

Hurricane Beryl has left many of our fellow citizens in urgent need of assistance. Homes have been destroyed, essential infrastructure has been damaged, and countless lives have been disrupted. Your support will play a crucial role in the relief, recovery and rebuilding efforts, helping to restore hope and stability to those affected.

We encourage you to reach out to the leaders and coordinators of diaspora community groups in your location for drop-off points and further information on how you can contribute. Every donation of time, items on the needs list or money, no matter the size, will make a significant impact. Your generosity will provide much-needed relief and support to our brothers and sisters in Grenada, Carriacou, and Petite Martinique.

Thank you for your kindness and support during this challenging time.

With warm regards and prayerful concern,

Ambassador

Christmas in the Gardens – Toys & Lights Drive

Dear Nationals and Friends,

With the holiday season fast approaching, the Embassy takes this opportunity to reach out to you on behalf of the Grenada Cultural Foundation and request your support for their annual Christmas in the Gardens programme.

This year marks the programme’s sixth anniversary. It provides an opportunity for families to enjoy a true Grenadian Christmas and presents an avenue for our local talents to be exhibited. The Christmas festival, which has been growing over the years, beginnings on December 15, with light displays providing the perfect Christmas ambiance that remains throughout the season.

The Embassy, on behalf of the Grenada Cultural Foundation, seeks your assistance in obtaining lights for the displays and toys for the children (ages 0-12).

Please click here to order from our Amazon wish list. You can purchase as few or as many items as you are able and, by purchasing through the wish list, have them shipped directly to the Embassy for packaging.

We thank you in advance for your generous contribution to this worthwhile cause and stand ready to answer any questions you may have!
